How Our Levels Work

​

All Levels (Fitness-Based Classes)
Our fitness and cardio-based classes are designed for all bodies and experience levels. Instructors offer layered options so movers can modify intensity, impact, and complexity. Listening to your body is always encouraged.

​

Open
Open-level classes are accessible to a wide range of movers. Instructors may offer technical variations and progressions to accommodate different experience levels within the same class.

​

Intro
Perfect for movers who are brand new to a style or returning after a long break. These classes focus on foundational concepts, vocabulary, and gentle pacing.

​

Basics
Designed for movers with some prior exposure to the style. You may know basic terminology and movement patterns but want more time, clarity, and repetition to build confidence.

​

Intermediate
Intended for movers with approximately 2–3 years of consistent training in this genre. Classes move at a quicker pace and assume familiarity with technique, alignment, and movement quality.

​

Advanced / Adv
For movers with 5+ years of serious training in the specific style. These classes are technically demanding and fast-paced, with an emphasis on precision, performance quality, and endurance.
