Founded in 2013, Life Moves Dance Company is an adult dance performance group for movers 18 years old and up, based out of award-winning BreakOut Studios, located at 5311 E. Speedway Blvd.

For over a decade, LMDC has been home to adult dancers of all genres, disciplines, and levels — providing an artistic outlet for locals passionate about movement and hosting live, on-stage performances in and around Tucson.

There is no formal audition required to become a member of LMDC. Dancers are required to maintain BreakOut's Life Moves Membership — $95 per month for unlimited access to all technique and fitness classes, with company costs fully included.

LMDC dancers are required to take a minimum of one class per week during BreakOut's open schedule. Any and all classes count toward this requirement, but technique classes are always strongly recommended.
