BreakOut Studios offers beautiful, versatile spaces for rehearsals, classes, workshops, auditions, photo/video shoots, wellness sessions, and community gatherings.

All studios are available to rent when not in use for BreakOut programming.

Bookings include access to sound systems, restrooms, and lobby areas.
All rentals must be approved and confirmed by BreakOut Studios.

Foam mat with faux wood top — cozy, versatile, and ideal for yoga, meditation, stretching, private lessons, and small rehearsals.

Beautiful sprung flooring with faux wood finish — perfect for dance classes, rehearsals, and movement workshops.

Studio B — Marley Studio

Large, professional sprung floor with marley surface — ideal for ballet, contemporary, modern, choreography, auditions, and staged rehearsals.
$35/hr

Studio A — Grand Studio

2,255 sq ft | 41’ x 55’
Our largest room, featuring a full sprung floor with faux wood finish — perfect for large groups, company rehearsals, fitness events, filming, and master classes.
$45/hr

Studio F — Fitness & Conditioning Room

720 sq ft | 19’ x 30’ + 10’ x 15’ extension
Gym mat flooring with fitness equipment available for use — great for small group training, martial arts, HIIT, TRX-style workouts, and conditioning sessions.

Rental Rules & Regulations

To keep our studio running smoothly and safely for all movers, please review and follow our rental policies:

Booking & Payment

• All rentals must be booked in advance and confirmed by BreakOut Studios staff.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Studio Use

• Renters may only use the studio and equipment included in their booking.

• No food or drink on dance floors (water only).

• No hard-soled or marking shoes on Marley flooring (Studio B).

• Sound levels must remain respectful of neighboring businesses & classes.

• Fitness equipment (Studio F) must be returned to its original location after use.

Respect for the Space

• All renters are responsible for clean-up and returning the space to its original condition before leaving.

• Please remove all trash, personal belongings, and props.

• Any damage must be reported immediately; repair charges may apply

Safety & Liability

• All participants must follow safe movement practices.

• BreakOut Studios is not liable for injuries sustained during rentals.

• Renters are responsible for supervising anyone they bring into the facility.

Additional Notes

• Lobby may be shared with members unless you have booked it privately.

• Filming is allowed; however, renters are responsible for their own equipment setup.

• Events, large groups, and commercial shoots may require additional fees or insurance.
